Before installation, check that the ball valve's model and specifications meet the requirements, and that the valve body is free from damage or leaks. During installation, pay attention to the flow direction of the ball valve and ensure it is in the closed position.
During use, carefully control the opening and closing of the valve, avoiding excessive force. If leaks or jamming are found, address them promptly. The valve should be used in an environment with a temperature range of -10℃ to 120℃ and should be protected from external impacts. Valves not used for extended periods should be opened and closed several times periodically, and their sealing and operational performance should be checked regularly. If leaks are found, replace the sealing rings promptly; if jamming occurs, clean the inside of the valve. When the valve is not in use for extended periods, it should be kept closed. If any abnormalities occur during use, stop using the valve immediately and perform repairs.
