1. When connecting PPR pipes and fittings using heat fusion, do not directly thread them. Use flanges for connections to metal pipes, and always use fittings with metal inserts when connecting to water appliances.

2. Always use reliable heat fusion tools during construction to ensure the quality of the heat fusion process.

3. Use specialized building materials to cut the pipes, ensuring smooth, burr-free cuts.

4. When cleaning the welding area, prevent sand and dust from affecting the joint quality. Use a heating head that matches the size of the pipes to be welded, attach it to the heat fusion machine, and turn on the power. 5. Mark the welding depth on the pipe with a pencil.

6. Place the pipe and fitting into the fusion welder and heat for the required time.

7. After heating, immediately remove the pipe and fitting and connect them. If their positions are incorrect during connection, make minor adjustments within a certain time, but the angle of twist should not exceed five degrees.

8. After connecting, hold the pipe and fitting firmly by hand to allow them sufficient time to cool. Once cooled to a certain degree, release your grip and then install the next pipe.
